Hannah Montana
I heard that Hannah Montana was making a guest appearance at Oak Leaf Church this Sunday. She came by my house for a quick photo shoot. Isn’t she a cutie?

Veggie Tales movie
I must admit that I didn’t used to be a huge veggie tales fan. I thought they were sorta goofy, but now that my kids watch the movies I actually enjoy the stories and the lessons they teach. My daughters like to dance to the songs (big surprise!). The new movie about pirates looks great. I am sure that Michael will be taking Lauren soon. The website for the movie is pretty good. You can watch the trailer and get a lot of free downloads. There are coloring pages, activities, games and more. Check it out.

Junie B. Jones
I know these books have probably been around for years, but I have just discovered them and I love them. We got a freebie book on cd from Wendy’s this summer and ever since then, my girls beg to listen to Junie B. Jones has a Monster Under her Bed. It is such a great story. The author hits the nail on the head when she delves into the mind of this little 5 year old. I can hear my own little girl in the stories. If you are looking for some great, well-written and imaginative stories for your girls, check them out. I just got 8 more books on cd for Lauren and Emma to listen to in the car. I find myself laughing out loud with the girls.
